Preparing Espresso Coffee

Quality standard

Espresso coffee is freshly by the cup each time a guest requests, no more than 2 minutes.

Procedures

1. Set a warm demi-tasse cup.
2. Press button for espresso coffee.
3. Wait for cup to fill up.
4. Set a cookie on the left side of under liner.
5. Load the cup separate from the under liner on the tray.
