Extra bed and Baby cot

Standard :

Housekeeping in charge of setting up extra bed follow information from reservation. Baby cots are free.

The room with extra bed R/A must set 1 additional amenity and towel.

Procedures :

Check the extra bed: wheel , mattress.
Be sure the correct room number.
Take duvet, bed sheet and pull the bed into the room
Room should be set up before guests arrive.
If the room on request (informed by receptionist or reservation)
Knock the door, greet guest and say” May I put the extra bed in your room Sir/Madam?”.
Find the suitable place in the room to put the bed.
Make the bed.
Set up additional towel and guest amenity in the bathroom.
· Baby cot

Make the baby cot: bed sheet, small pillow, blanket.
Only put the baby cot to the room when getting the information from F.O
Ø Ensure extra bed and baby cot are provided upon request within 15 minutes
