Dust cleaning

Standard : Room dust cleaning are to be performed in all checked out and occupied rooms.

Procedures :

Make sure a complete dust cleaning by starting from one point to another, up to down, inside to outside; furniture first and then supplies.

1) Clean guest supplies in room

2) Clean the door

3) Clean all corners in room and closet

4) Clean the desk

5) Clean the wardrobe with cloth: inside, outside

6) Clean the rack with cloth

7) Clean the bedroom

Clean TV cabinet

9) Clean sofas and chairs

10) Clean window shields

11) Clean bed side tables and headboard

12) Clean mirrors and TV, Telephone

13) Clean flower pots

14) Vacuum cleaner



How to clean dust:

1. Use the damp cloth (rag) to clean dust, it can take dust out from surface quickly and clean

2. Spray chemical on the cloth.

3. Fold the cloth large or small depending on the place she /he intends to clean. If the surface is large, fold the cloth at large size to cover the suface and clean quickly. If the surface is small, fold the cloth small to fix the size.

4. Start cleaning from up to down, from left to right, from entrance to everywhere in the room.

Ø Table: clean the surface, legs, drawer, telephone.

Ø Wardrobe: clean hangers, shelves, top of wardrobe

Ø Lamp

Ø Bed

Ø TV, Minibar fridge.

Ø Window: clean glass with chemical and glass must look clear every time

5. Occupied room:

Ø When cleaning the room he / she must move guest’s things to clean then place them back in a tidy and careful manner
