Loan items in the hotel

Standard :

In hotel, the loan item service is necessary for guest. Loan items normally include iron and iron board, transformer, adapter, vase, extension cord, etc. Most of them are always kept in HSKP Office or HSKP store and in good working condition.
If any guest requires available Loan items of Hotel, Order Taker or Floor Supervisor is in charge of handing over to guest according to Hotel regulation.
When guest returns the loan item, all loan items must be returned back to HSKP office or store and recorded in HSKP logbook.

Procedures :

When receiving the information about requested loan items, Order Taker must check that loan item before bringing to guest.
Order Taker have to get clear information from guest such as what kind of loan item, room number.
Before bringing loan item to guest, Order Taker must prepare a Loan Item Form and write down room number, guestname, borrowed date, time, kind of item.
While bringing the loan item with its form, Order Taker tries to get guest’s signature on that form.
Order Taker must also record daily on HSKP logbook following information: item, quantity, room number, time, expected departure date of guest.
