Work safety
Standard:
Avoid accident or injury for HSKP Employees while working.
Procedures :
· Safety is an issue that will never be over emphasized. Safety for employees and guest is of the most importance.
· Employees should be reminded that any dangerous condition must be reported to supervisor.
· Be careful to avoid unnecessary injury for yourself as well as for guests.
· It is our duty and responsibility to work quickly as set forth by the hotel.
· There are some emergencies that occur in a hotel such as bomb threats or critical medical situations. Make sure you are prepared to react appropriately upon these situations. When these situations occur, security should be called immediately and informed of nature, location of the emergency and your name.
· It is also the responsibility of each employee, specially R/A to report any unsafe conditions in the area. This can prevent electrical shocks or furniture falling over you while working.
· Remember : No matter how small the accident is, it should be reported.
