Preparation of Registration card before arrival

Standard

Registration cards for arriving guests will be printed and presented to the guest upon arrival.

Procedure

The main preparation will be completed by the Night Audit, who will print all registration cards during the night, including VIPs arriving the next day. Night Audit will also print the Arrival Report.
Check the arrival report. Check if rooms are pre-assigned correctly, avoid late-check-out rooms to be given to early arrival rooms. Check also according to special requests such as twin, king, seaview, connecting etc.
Prepare the check-in arrival room list, confirm with housekeeping the room cleaning time.
Prepare the photocopies of reservations and other documents relevant to the reservation must be attached later to the respective registration cards, for an easy reference during the stay.
