Policy:

Special attention should be provided to a VIP room when a “VIP” guest is in house.

Procedures :

1. Room Attendant must make up room as soon as possible and clean the room very carefully. All supplies must be high quality according to Hotel policy.

2. Floor Supervisor: give special instruction to the concerned R/A at morning briefing time.

3. Pay specially attention and check very carefully after R/A has finished daily cleaning.

4. Assistant Housekeeper/ Assistant Executive Operation: Review the VIP list early each morning. Notify the concerned Floor Supervisor for his special attention, and inspect all VIP rooms daily.
