Double Lock Room

Standard :

Procedures :

- It means that the floor master key can not be used to open this door, only king master key can be used to open.

- It means that someone is in the room. If nobody’s in the room while someone close the door, it can not be Double lock.



Policy of Double Lock :

1 - If there’s no “DND” sign outside, R/A or Floor Supervisor wants to enter this room, follows steps as usual.

2 - Guest replies you.

- If guest does not reply you,

a) You dial guestroom number few times until you are replied.

b) After many times calling guest room without reply, maybe guest has problem. In that case, you must inform Duty Manager and Duty Manager will decide the following actions.
