Preparing Fresh Milk.

Quality standard

Fresh milk as part of beverage service is filled in a milk jug small (1 for every 2 guests) until ½ full for outlets and ¾ full for room service.
Cold fresh milk is served with cold drink. Warm fresh milk is served with hot drinks.


1. Get a clean milk jug
2. Pour chilled fresh milk into the jug until ½ full for outlet and ¾ full for room service.
3. Prepare 1 small milk jug for every 2 guests.
4. For warm fresh milk, steam fresh milk through the coffee machine.
